By using Left Overs ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Left Overs, including the web application and Alexa skill, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Left Overs is a food inventory tracking service that allows you to:

• Track items in your fridge, freezer, and pantry
• Use voice commands through Amazon Alexa
• Access your inventory across multiple devices

3. Account Requirements

To use Left Overs, you must:

• Have a valid Left Overs tag
• Provide a valid email address for activation
• Maintain an active subscription for premium features (including Alexa integration)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your tag code with unauthorized users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

Left Overs and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BT3D and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

BT3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Food Safety Disclaimer

Left Overs is an organizational tool only. We do not provide food safety advice. Always follow proper food safety guidelines and consult healthcare professionals or government guidelines regarding food storage, handling, and expiration.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Amazon Alexa. Your use of Alexa is subject to Amazon's terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
